From your first campus visit to your child’s first day of school, we’re here to guide your family every step of the way.

Every family’s journey is unique, but our admissions process is designed to help you discover whether Blue Ridge Christian School is the right fit for your child. We’ll walk alongside you through each step, answer your questions, and help you experience the heart of our school community.

Visit Campus
Experience BRCS firsthand by scheduling a personal tour or attending one of our admissions events. You’ll meet our team, explore our campus, visit classrooms, and discover what makes our community so special.

Submit Application
Complete our online application and provide the required documentation. Once submitted, our Admissions Office will begin reviewing your family’s information and guide you through the remaining steps.

Records & References
We’ll request academic records, teacher recommendations, and any additional documentation needed to better understand your student’s educational background.

Student Assessment
Depending on your child’s grade level, we may schedule an academic screening or classroom visit to ensure appropriate placement and identify opportunities for success.

Family Meeting
One of our favorite parts of the admissions process is getting to know your family. You’ll meet with school leadership to discuss your educational goals, ask questions, and learn more about the BRCS partnership between school, family, and church.

Enrollment
Once accepted, you’ll receive your enrollment packet, tuition information, and next steps to prepare your family for an exciting year at Blue Ridge Christian School.

How long does the admissions process take?
The process can take a week but sometimes it does take longer depending on how long it takes to get records, set up assessments, and schedule the family meeting. We will stay in communication as we work through the checklist.
Do you require church membership?
No. We do not require church membership but we do require church involvement. Our goal is to be likeminded in our partnership.
What grade levels do you offer?
We offer Early Education (PK) through 12th grade.
Can my child shadow before attending?
Yes! We recommend it!
