Our mission is to be Rooted in Christ, Joyful in Learning and Faithful in Service. Our foundation in Christ is central to having a successful mission. From this foundation focusing on Spiritual Formation(link), the BRCS program incorporates 4 key pillars (link to pillars): Academics, Service, Leadership, and Community.

Our pillars: Unwavering, Spiritual Formation, Academics, Service, Leadership and Community

Academics

Designed with a purpose, students flourish through play-based learning in Preschool to content mastery in High School. With key milestones at each level, our goal is to ensure that each student is developmentally challenged in an uplifting environment that encourages a love of learning. Student assessments, differentiation, and opportunities to explore areas of interest are key to creating confidence and a joy-filled learning environment.

Service

Reflecting on Christ’s redemptive work on our behalf motivates our heart for service. Service opportunities give students a deeper understanding of who they are created to be as God’s image bearers. BRCS students in Preschool-12th grade are faithful in service, both locally and globally.

Leadership

Cultivating leaders who can be world-changers for Christ begins with small steps in Preschool and grows to opportunities like Leader Lab, Prayer Buddies, Team Captains, Student Government, Deacon Leadership and the Senior Capstone project.

Community

Building positive relationships takes intentionality, both during the school day and outside of school hours. Clear communication, chapels, class socials, honored traditions, retreats and being part of a team through our House system or athletics foster these strong relationships.
