BRCS High School Loyalty Rate
Students who attend BRCS from Kindergarten through 8th Grade may qualify for our High School Loyalty Rate of $12,030 annually, reflecting our appreciation for long-term partnership with BRCS families.

Ways to Give
Annual Payment
Families may pay tuition in one payment prior to the start of the school year through Blackbaud Tuition Management or by check.
Monthly Installments
Choose a convenient monthly payment plan spread over twelve months, with automatic bank draft options available.
Financial Aid
A BRCS Education May Be More Attainable Than You Think
Need-based tuition assistance is available for eligible Kindergarten through 12th Grade students. Financial aid awards are based on demonstrated need and may significantly reduce the annual cost of tuition.
Our goal is to partner with families who desire a Christ-centered education by helping make that opportunity financially accessible.

Tuition Discounts & Assistance
Loyalty Discount
Students who attend BRCS through the elementary and middle school years may qualify for reduced high school tuition through our Loyalty Discount Program.
Multi-Child Discount
Families enrolling three or more students may qualify for a tuition discount. Eligibility depends on enrollment and other tuition assistance received.
Virginia Education Improvement Tax Credit Scholarship
Some families may qualify for state-funded scholarships through the Virginia Education Improvement Scholarships Tax Credits Program. Eligibility is determined by household income and other state requirements.
