Tuition & Financial Aid

The Virginia 529 Plans can be used to pay K-12 private school tuition and there are tax advantages. You may also consult your tax professional for more information.

Lump Sum: Pay the annual tuition in one payment.  Payments are due by August 10th.  This payment can be made through your account on Blackbaud or by mailing or dropping off a check to the school.  Our mailing address is PO Box 207 Bridgewater, VA  22812.   

Installments: Pay the tuition in 12 monthly installments (July-June).  Payments can be made once a month or twice a month if you would like them to line up with your paychecks.  To set up monthly payments please complete the EFT form to have the payment drafted from your account on a set date.  If you have questions about a specific installment plan please reach out to Amy Good, Director of Finance, at 540.828.2233 or agood@brcschool.org. 

We offer financial aid for students in Kindergarten through 12th grade based on the determined financial need.  We use a third party company, ISM FAST, to calculate that need. Financial aid awards can be up to 40% of the tuition amount. Financial Aid Application 

How much does tuition assistance reduce the annual tuition cost per student? 
$1,800-$5,200, depending on each family’s unique grade and financial situation.

This program provides state tax credits for donations made to Approved Scholarship Foundations that provide scholarships to eligible students and attending participating private schools.  
Scholarships are available for students whose family income does not exceed 300% of federal poverty guidelines. Family income for students with disabilities with an individualized education program may not exceed 400% of federal poverty guidelines.  Eligible students must be entering kindergarten, first grade, or coming to BRCS from public school.  To determine eligibility please look at line #11 on your federal tax return.  To be considered for this scholarship you need to complete the ISM FAST application.

For each year your child attends BRCS during the K-8 program, you will receive a credit toward your high school tuition. This discount will remain with you for all four years of high school.

We are excited to let you know that we offer a multi-child discount. Families who enroll three or more children at BRCS and who are not otherwise eligible for a discount or financial aid will receive a tuition discount.
