Karen holds a M.Ed. in Education Administration from Boston College and a BA in English from Bowdoin College, along with ACSI Principal Certification.

Educating students for Christ’s glory is a sacred trust. All of us at BRCS are grateful for the privilege of shepherding our students as they “grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ” (2 Peter 3:18). As an interdenominational Christian school, we partner with parents and local churches to create a strong Biblical foundation for each student. Our goal is to guide our students in developing a biblical worldview that enables them to impact our community for God’s kingdom.
It is our goal at BRCS to educate the whole child: spiritually, academically, socially, and emotionally. We aim to serve the individual needs of students and teach them within a developmentally appropriate framework so that all students can excel. In addition to a rigorous academic program, we offer many enrichment opportunities including athletics, fine arts and technology. Leadership and service activities cultivate students’ God-given gifts.
