We are open for tours and meetings. Here is what you can expect:
1. Schedule an appointment to speak with the Admissions Director, Carolyn Paradzinski.
2. Ask all of your questions
3. Carolyn will provide you with a magazine, information about the curriculum, and class size.

If another time of day works better for you, please email Carolyn at or complete this preference form.

We are prepared and have a place for you. Let’s be proactive and get ready for a great 2020-2021 school year!

1. Meet with the Admissions Director

Schedule a tour and a shadow day.  If you already know you want to apply, request an application and it will be emailed to you.

2. Submit Application

Complete the Application and pay the fee – Submit the fee of $100 per student K-12 and $50 per PK student.

3. Completion of Forms and Records

  • Pastoral Reference Form – This is required from your current church (all grades). The Admissions Director will submit this on your behalf.
  • Release of Records – If you are transferring from another school please sign and return a release of records form. This form is available in the main office and can be emailed to you. Records must be received prior to student testing.
  • Additional Records – We will need a copy of the birth certificate at this time.

4. Student Placement

Students rising from kindergarten to 8th grade and homeschool students are screened for class placement. Students transferring from other schools into grades 9-12 are screened on a case-by-case basis once we have received academic records from the previous school.

  • High School students and parents are encouraged to meet with the Academic Dean to discuss course registration.

5. Family Meeting

The Head of School or Upper School Principal will meet with you to learn more about your family and your hopes for your child’s/children’s education. Please bring questions about the school or any aspect of our program.

6. Acceptance Notification

When an admissions decision is made, you will be notified by mail. A payment policy document and an Electronic Funds Transfer form will be included with the acceptance letter. Simply sign and return the payment policy document with your $350 deposit and if you choose, a signed copy of the Electronic Funds Transfer. Once the deposit and the signed payment policy document are received, you are considered enrolled.  Tuition payments begin on July 1. Later admissions are billed from the point of contract.

We will communicate with you throughout the process.  Please let us know if you have any questions.  New Family Orientation is held in mid-August. You will meet with the Head of School, teachers and staff and learn more about policies, procedures and expectations.
