The BRCS Family

The BRCS Family

Dear Parents,

Last week, I wrote about my family’s story and the path that led us to enroll our son David at BRCS. I invited you to share with me the factors that influenced your decision to join the BRCS family. Today, I’d like to give you a glimpse into comments from fellow parents. You’ll see that there are common themes that draw families to our school. I hope this encourages you!

Here is just a sampling of emails from parents explaining why they chose BRCS:

“We chose BRCS because the teachers truly love God and want to pass that love down to the next generations.” – a Kindergarten parent

“I chose to enroll my child at BRCS because of the Biblically-based curriculum. I was also attracted to the compassionate, friendly, and family-oriented atmosphere found at BRCS.” – a middle school parent

“Our son visited Blue Ridge Christian School for a day last winter (2016). His demeanor at the end of that day told us that we were going to have to find a way for BRCS to become a reality for our son… Today our son continues to experience the openness and kindness that impressed him on that very first visit to BRCS. He is challenged both academically and spiritually by solidly grounded teachers on a daily basis. His entire outlook toward school has turned from dread into thankfulness.” – a high school parent

“We were drawn to BRCS by the middle school teachers and their care for the spiritual as well as the academic growth of our children at what can be a difficult age. We appreciated the medium class size that allows for individual attention, but gives plenty of opportunity for finding friendships and working together.” – an elementary and middle school parent

“We thought our daughter was just going to come to BRCS for preschool. However, the more time she was here, the more we fell in love with the school. The teachers were very excited and you could tell they had your child’s best interest at heart. We had a strong sense that this was where we were supposed to be. I would have felt like we were missing something if we weren’t here, and we didn’t want our children to miss out.” – an elementary and middle school parent

I trust these stories resonate with you. We all know families who share our desire for an academically strong, Biblically-based education for their children. Our first Open House of the year is next week, Thursday, February 9, from 9am-2pm and 6:30-8pm and Friday, February 10, from 9am-2pm. Please prayerfully consider who you could invite to visit us next week. You will receive $50 off your March tuition if you bring a family to Open House and tour with them. If that family enrolls, you will receive a $200 tuition credit in September.

Help us find the families who need to be here!
