 BRCS is recruiting for the following positions, beginning in the 2019-2020 school year:

Lower School Principal:

BRCS is seeking a part-time Lower School Principal.  The Lower School Principal will assist the Head of School with spiritual, administrative and instructional leadership of the Lower School (PK-6). Strong candidates will possess an advanced degree in education or a related field, have teaching and administrative experience, and have a distinctive passion for Christian education. High School History Teacher:  

The teaching load for this position may include courses in World Geography, World History, Personal Finance/Economics, US History and US Government, and may include AP and Honors sections.  The teaching load could be configured to include a Bible course for interested and appropriately qualified instructors. Candidates should hold or be eligible for Virginia and/or ACSI teaching certification. Master’s degree preferred.  Candidates interested in full-time or part-time roles are invited to apply.  Coaching Positions 2019-2020

The BRCS Athletic Department is seeking to hire and develop a staff of qualified and tenured BRCS coaches who have clear personal walks with Christ and who value practicing and competing to win without sacrificing the development of Christ-like character. Coaches are expected to teach advanced techniques, organize practices to develop skills, and understand team strategies and physical conditioning. BRCS desires coaches who want to see their programs grow and are willing to dedicate the time necessary for this to happen.
