High School English and Drama Teacher
Keri Durrett is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Theater Performance, Concordia University with an MA in Drama Therapy, and is currently pursuing a double masters in Theology and Biblical Studies from Virginia Baptist College.
Drama is a form of storytelling which, when effective, can have a lasting impact emotionally and even spiritually on the audience. God has given many gifts and talents to fulfill the Great Commission…drama is one!
In drama class students learn fundamental skills of the craft of acting, and consider the importance drama can have in ministry. Drama instills greater confidence as individual gain a greater understanding of their own body language and emotions.
